What happens when the studio is closed or classes are cancelled? How you can double-check.
All accounts that have dancers enrolled in a cancelled class will be notified in 3 different ways: text, email and account notification. Sometimes, due to illness or emergencies, this could be on the day of class.
Drop-ins that aren't enrolled yet can check for unexpected closures or class cancellations before driving over. We post on our Facebook page and our online class calendar is live; any cancelled classes will not be available to book.
The affected monthly memberships will automatically be credited for any cancelled classes. Dancer can use credit(s) to try any other class(es) they are age eligible for during the month!
